I'm a native Charlottean, born and raised on the north side of Charlotte where my family still resides today. This city isn't just where I work. It's where I've built my life. I do it because I like seeing how a floor plan, a lot, or a renovation was put together. That habit helps the next buyer.
Right now, I'm preparing blueprints for a house I hope to build in the next 4 to 5 years. Planning it has shown me how many decisions sit between an idea and a finished home. I know the patience that takes. It makes me a better agent on both the practical details and the parts that feel personal.
