VIP Build Inbox · Citadel Cofield
Builders get a Citadel Cofield address. Your personal inbox stays yours.
New construction floods buyers with sales pitches, preferred-lender pushes, and vendor spam. VIP Build Inbox is how we absorb that noise and keep representation intact from first registration through closing.
Set up VIP Build InboxRegister with us before you give any builder your email
Let that pay for your representation when the community offers it. Walk in alone and that money usually stays with them. We set the VIP Build Inbox first. Then Citadel Cofield registers as your broker. One personal email on the wrong form can open a direct line we cannot close.
How it works
A white-glove channel for every new build
You tour homes. We run the communication firewall.
Alias setup
Before any builder registration, we create a VIP Build Inbox for you on the Citadel Cofield domain. That address goes on every builder form, vendor signup, HOA contact, and lender thread.
The filter
We receive everything first. Sales blasts, rate pitches, and vendor spam stay with us. You only see critical, actionable items when they need your attention.
The shield
Builders never get your personal email. That stops on-site reps from cutting Citadel Cofield out of the deal or pressuring you directly after a tour.
The handoff
At closing, you get a clean digital filing cabinet of the home build. The fun parts and the necessary documents. Not a lifetime of marketing lists.
Why it matters on a new-construction file
Builder reps work for the builder
They are trained to capture leads and keep the deal moving toward their closing desk. The firewall keeps your buyer agency with Citadel Cofield, not with the person selling the homesite.
Less spam. More signal.
Design centers, preferred lenders, hardware vendors, and month-end rate blasts generate hundreds of emails. We absorb the friction. You see the selections and documents that matter.
Control of the timeline
High-pressure 72-hour sales and same-day write-ups land with us first. We protect your time and pressure-test the offer before anyone expects a decision.
Case study
What happened at Redhawk
Citadel Cofield and a buyer toured Lennar's Redhawk community in the Belmont/Cramerton area on a strict one-hour window. The on-site process did not match what we were told when we booked. Registration turned into a fifteen-minute standoff over paperwork and our custom email address.
The rep asked what happens after the client buys the house. We held the line: this works for now. Everything goes to the client from what we release, because they are under our Buyer Agency, not the builder's.
After the tour, the builder emailed the VIP alias without including Citadel Cofield. The message bounced. Only then did they come back to us.
About an hour later, the same inbox got a high-pressure Redhawk 72-hour sale pitch with below-market rate headlines and a Sunday deadline. The agent was CC'd after the bounce. The buyer never saw either message.
When they realized the direct line did not work, the answer was simple: we had not authorized their mail to go through in our system.
Buyer identity and phone numbers are redacted below. The alias pattern and builder timeline are real.
The proof
First the bounce when they left the agent off. Then the sale pitch that never reached the buyer's personal inbox.

Questions
What is a VIP Build Inbox?
It is a Citadel Cofield email alias we create for you on our domain. We use it for builder registration, HOA, lender, and vendor mail. We filter the noise and forward only what you need to act on.
Why should I not give builders my personal email?
On-site reps work for the builder. Their job is to capture your contact info and close the deal. A personal email opens the door to direct pitches, preferred-lender pushes, and pressure when you are not with your buyer agent. The VIP Build Inbox keeps that channel under Citadel Cofield.
What happens to the inbox at closing?
You leave with a clean digital file of the build: contracts, selections, warranties, and the messages that mattered. Not five years of design-center and hardware spam in your personal inbox.
