Concord uses three zips: 28025, 28026 and 28027. The city doesn't say which part of town each one covers. Since the 1970s, Concord has annexed mostly to the west, toward Charlotte. Kannapolis also lists 28027 among its zips.

Getting around
I-85 has eight lanes through the city. US 29 and US 601 also serve Concord. Moss Creek sits near NC 73 and Odell School Road. Concord Kannapolis Rider buses serve both cities. Concord-Padgett Regional Airport is in Concord.
