- HOA dues and what they cover. Some communities have pools and clubs. The Skybrook Golf Club is private and not owned by the HOA.
- Whether a neighborhood group is a mandatory HOA. Shepherds Vineyard's association is voluntary.
Getting around
I-77 runs through the middle of town, with Exit 23 (Gilead Road) and Exit 25 (NC 73, Sam Furr Road). US 21 and NC 115 run north and south. NC 73 runs through the north side. The I-77 Express Lanes run from Uptown Charlotte to Exit 36 in Mooresville. CATS runs the 48X, 63X and 59 routes to Huntersville.
