Onsite sales coverage for new home communities in Charlotte, NC and SC

Citadel Cofield staffs builder models and sales offices with licensed brokers across Charlotte and the surrounding North Carolina and South Carolina counties. Weekday hours, weekends, grand openings, or a gap while you hire. You choose the scope.

Hours, staffing, and compensation are set in a written coverage plan before anyone opens your model. Commission is negotiable.

The offer

Licensed coverage for your model and sales office

Each item is defined in the written coverage plan for that community.

Scheduled coverage

Model and sales office hours staffed to a written schedule for weekdays, weekends, or both, sized to your traffic.

Event and launch coverage

Extra staffing for grand openings, phase releases, and builder events, planned with your team ahead of the date.

Gap coverage

Short-term coverage while you recruit or while your onsite consultant is on leave, with a written start and end date.

Your sales process, followed

We work from your scripts, pricing sheets, lot maps, and contract procedures. Pricing, incentives, and contract terms stay your decision.

Consistent visitor treatment

Every visitor gets the same information and the same process, in line with Fair Housing law. We describe the community by its facts and your approved materials.

Follow-up and reporting

Visitor traffic, registered agents, and follow-up status logged in the system you use, with a written report on a cadence you set.

Who it is for

Production builders with models in Charlotte, NC and SC

  • Production builders with an open model or sales office in Mecklenburg or the surrounding NC counties.
  • Builders with communities on the South Carolina side of the Charlotte market, including York and Lancaster counties.
  • Divisions opening a new community that need coverage before a full onsite team is hired.
  • Communities with weekend or seasonal traffic that does not justify another full-time hire.
  • Builders covering a staffing transition, leave, or a close-out phase.

How engagement works

Coverage plan, disclosure, staffing, then doors open

The plan is written before anyone works your sales office.

  1. 01

    Traffic and goals review

You share the community, your current hours, traffic patterns, and what you need covered. We ask about your sales process and the systems you use.

  2. 02

    Written coverage plan

We send a written plan with the hours, the event dates, the duties onsite, and the reporting format. You mark it up until it matches what you need.

  3. 03

    Disclosure at the sales office

We agree in writing how our role is disclosed. Visitors are told in writing that we represent the builder at that community before any discussion of price or terms, and Commission-required agency disclosures are delivered and documented.

  4. 04

    Staffing discussion

We name the licensed brokers who will cover your office, confirm NC or SC licensure for the community, set backup coverage, and plan any training on your product and process. Every assignment is supervised by Carnarri Cofield, broker-in-charge.

  5. 05

    Signed agreement

Scope, schedule, compensation, term, and termination are set in a signed agreement for the community. Commission is negotiable, and the terms are in writing before the first shift.

  6. 06

    Coverage and review

Coverage starts on the agreed date. We review the plan with you on a set schedule and adjust hours as traffic changes.

Questions builders ask

Straight answers

Are your onsite brokers licensed?
Yes. Everyone who covers a sales office for us holds an active real estate license for the state the community is in, and works under broker-in-charge supervision.
Can you cover weekends only?
Yes. Coverage is sized to the community. Weekends only, set weekdays, event days, or a short gap period are all options in the written plan.
What if a buyer who visits already works with Citadel Cofield as their agent?
At a community where we represent the builder, we represent the builder only. A buyer we already represent who wants that community is told in writing and referred to an outside brokerage for that purchase. Buyers who visit without an agent are customers and are told our role in writing before any discussion of price or terms.
What does onsite coverage cost?
Compensation is negotiable and is set in the written agreement for each community. We do not publish a standard rate.
