Arbor Village New Homes: Register Before You Visit

Arbor Village, by Dream Finders Homes, is a community in Matthews, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Dream Finders Homes lists Arbor Village as selling. If you plan to tour Arbor Village, register with Citadel Cofield before your first visit so we can represent you.

Register before your first visit

Most builders require that a buyer's agent be identified, or registered, at or before the buyer's first visit or first contact with the sales office. If you visit or sign a guest card alone first, the builder may decline to recognize an agent later. That can remove your representation for the whole purchase.

Here is how it works with Citadel Cofield. Contact Citadel and sign a written buyer agreement before touring. Citadel registers you with Dream Finders Homes, or you bring your agent to the first visit, whichever the builder requires. Keep a copy of the registration confirmation.
